All deposit paid or partial payment is not refundable even customer requested to cancel an order and agreed by F Plus V.
All watches sold come with a 3-day return policy only if the watch is not authenticated (unless specified otherwise). Please contact us via email or phone and then return the watch in the exact same condition. F Plus V will issue a refund within 7 days time after the watch has been fully inspected. We will not issue a refund on any watch beyond this 3-day inspection period.
All items shall be at the risk of the customer from the date of delivery of the watches. Returns must be sent by the same method the watch was received with. All items returned must always be fully insured and paid for by the customer. For a refund, watches must be returned and received in the exact same condition as shipped. A full inspection will take place prior to issuing any refund. Refunds will be considered only after the watch or watches are safely in the possession of F Plus V.
